Simon Rwamura

Simon Rwamura is a distinguished Senior Business Analyst and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over a decade of expertise in orchestrating process enhancements and crafting innovative solutions within the nonprofit and telecommunications sectors.

Simon is academically accomplished, holding a Bachelor of Business Computing from Makerere University Kampala, an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University_Scortland, and a CPA designation from the Institute of Chartered Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU). He is also in pursuit of a Certified Tax Advisor (CTA) certification.

His leadership capabilities exemplify his roles as Chairman of the Compassion International Staff Savings and Cooperative/Credit Union, Board Member of Pax Junior School & Mifik Global Mission, and Committee Member of procurement at Compassion International Uganda National Office.

Simon’s innovative prowess has earned him several accolades, including Compassion International’s Innovation Award (2021 & 2018), the Uganda Partnership Transition Think Tank Award (2021), and the Health Metrics Award (2019).

His professional repertoire encompasses business strategy and analysis, financial stewardship, process optimization, leadership, and team management. He is lauded for his exceptional communication, collaborative approach, and problem-solving skills.
