Faith Ojambo Mugume

Faith Ojambo Mugume serves with Compassion International as the Senior Manager of Program Support, where she spearheads transformative program initiatives that impact program participants.
Faith has a combined experience of 26 years working with International Non-governmental including Compassion International, where she has served on the National Leadership Team for the last 14 years. In this role, she contributes to Compassion’s Policy, strategy, and culture change discussions at both the National and global levels. She also serves as a Trustee Board member of Reach One Touch One (ROTOM) ministries and a Board member of Shawon Christian Children’s Ministry and Set Free Life Ministries.
Faith is an experienced leader, Teacher, Mentor, and Facilitator. Her passion for Children and Youth and, facilitating learning across all levels drives her to always give her best and creates an enabling environment for others to do the same. She leads by example, with a blend of Strategic, Transformational, and Servant leadership, and believes that leadership is not about being in charge but about shepherding those under her care.
Faith enjoys spending time with her family, celebrating milestones, learning, and influencing young minds as a Sunday school teacher
She holds a Bachelor of Education degree and a Master’s degree in Educational Management of higher institutes of learning from Makerere University. As a passionate learner, she’s always pursuing empowering courses some of which include the Oakseed Executive Leadership and Corporate Governance in 2022 from the Institute of National Transformation.
